The Arizona Supreme Court has rejected GOP candidate Kari Lake’s request to transfer her election lawsuit to the high court.
The case is already scheduled to be heard before an appeals court.

Lake has lost two trials challenging her defeat and is now focusing on a public records lawsuit to review early ballot envelopes.
She is known for supporting former President Donald Trump as she pursues a run for the U.S. Senate.
Initially, Lake’s challenge focused on problems with ballot printers, but the judge claimed she was unable to prove intentional wrongdoing.
