The Arizona Supreme Court has rejected GOP candidate Kari Lake’s request to transfer her election lawsuit to the high court.

The case is already scheduled to be heard before an appeals court.

Lake is going to trial to request a review of ballot envelopes signed by approximately 1.3 million early voters in Maricopa County. (Trending: Joe Biden Historic Take Down of Guns)

Lake has lost two trials challenging her defeat and is now focusing on a public records lawsuit to review early ballot envelopes.

She is known for supporting former President Donald Trump as she pursues a run for the U.S. Senate.

Initially, Lake’s challenge focused on problems with ballot printers, but the judge claimed she was unable to prove intentional wrongdoing.

In her latest trial, she argues there were major issues with the signature-verification process. (Trending: Donald Trump Is A ‘Cockroach’ That Just Won’t Go Away)
