However, the inclusion of United Airlines CEO Scott Kirby as a speaker raises questions, as viral videos show him emphasizing diversity hiring over qualifications and participating in drag performances.

United is also facing a lawsuit for allegedly bullying unvaccinated employees.
The lawsuit alleges that “Kirby even proposed requiring [unvaccinated] employees to walk around with special stickers on their badges broadcasting their vaccination status,” LifeSite reported.
These events raise concerns about Kirby’s suitability as an example of character and leadership for the academy’s cadets.
