Danny Masterson, who was convicted last year of raping two women in the 1990s, was initially assigned to Corcoran State Prison in California after sentencing.

Masterson only spent a few weeks at Corcoran.

Deadline reported that Masterson was then transferred to California’s Men’s Colony in San Luis Obispo over “concerns for his well-being.”

The Men’s Colony provides work programs and skills training in addition to housing.

Masterson will first be eligible for parole in 2042 when he turns 66 years old.
